Jana Vanecek’s (no pronouns) artistic research moves at the intersection of art, research and literature, with a focus on Planetary Health, Health Inequality and Neurodiversity. Despite choosing these themes based on personal experience, Vanecek does not simply focus on herself. The “self” is decentralised to illuminate the cultural, socio-political and economic imprints that shape not only this “self” – but also the social realities of many other lives. Jana Vanecek is a neurodivergent.
